Our company is headed by two directors holding equal shares. We operate from our offices in the basement of our "Guest House Asia Mountains" at 720021 Bishkek, 1a Lineinaja Street.

| Sergey Dudashvili: | Director; involved with the bulk of the office work; expert caver and geologist; writer/ co-author of various books on Kyrgyzstan; his whole family helps run the company. |
| Sasha Gubaev: | Director; often organising excursions as driver-cum-chef; expert mountaineer and "Snow Leopard"; supervising the building progress of pool and sauna; wife Olga and two children. |
| Larisa Dudashvili: | Sergey's wife; PE teacher; expert cook; often involved with expedition base camp management, food supplies and office work. |
| Alona Dudashvili: | Larisa's and Sergey's daughter; PE teacher; translator [English]; driver; cook; tour and trek leader as well as accomplished mountaineer. |
| Alexei Dudashvili: | Larisa's and Sergey's son; hydro-geologist; lives in Osh, runs the office there and occasionally helps in Lenin base camp. |
Kyrgyzstan without "Asia Mountains" would be like a person without a soul.
